THE STORYTELLER: A DEAD MAN NOVEL

Welcome to Haywood Falls, Maine. Population: 1,500.

It’s been twenty years since the events that forced Matt Cahill to leave his hometown in the Pacific Northwest. Twenty years of tireless travel, odd jobs, and no place to call home for very long. He’s worked hard to make the best out of a bad situation and stay ahead of his dangerous past.

Until now.

On the eve of the annual Fish Fest, Matt arrives in Haywood Falls, amazed by all the people and ongoing activity. The sun is shining, the mountains are beautiful, and the far-stretching lake reflects a serene calm that seems perfect. But Matt knows looks can be deceiving. If ever there was a town hiding a secret, Haywood Falls is it.

When horror author S.M. Tujof picks the sleepy town of Haywood Falls to begin his summer tour, all is not as it seems. Something has followed the writer. Something that threatens the town’s very existence.

A storm is coming, and with it, darkness.

And Matt may be the only one who can stop it.
